Fixed-scope build
You know what you need. We scope it, quote it once, and ship it — a defined product, a defined price, weekly demos in between.
What we do
Six things we do, and one team that does all of them. Pick the one that matches your bottleneck — or tell us the problem and we will tell you which of these it actually needs.
Services
Most studios do one of these and subcontract the rest. We own the whole stack, which is why a project does not stall at the handover.
Custom web applications, platforms and internal tools, from first wireframe to production.
ExploreVoice and chat agents, document pipelines and workflows that do the repetitive work.
ExplorePipelines, warehouses, dashboards and models built on the data you already have.
ExploreInfrastructure as code, CI/CD and monitoring, so deploys stop being an event.
ExploreDocumented, versioned APIs and connections to the systems your business already runs on.
ExploreFrom idea to a product your users can try, in four to eight weeks, built to grow.
ExploreHow we engage
The shape of the engagement follows the shape of the problem, not a price list.
You know what you need. We scope it, quote it once, and ship it — a defined product, a defined price, weekly demos in between.
The roadmap is longer than one release. We work as your product engineering team on a monthly basis, and you keep the same people.
You have a bottleneck, not a spec. We spend a short paid discovery on it and come back with the smallest build that removes it.
Questions
That is the normal case. An AI voice agent needs telephony, a backend, a database and a dashboard before it needs a model. Because all six disciplines are in one team, nothing waits on a handover between vendors — the person who builds the API is in the same standup as the person consuming it.
Most of our work is remote and cross-border — our live client platforms run for businesses in Canada and the United States. We work to your timezone for calls and demos, and everything is delivered through your own repository and cloud accounts.
You do, from the first commit. We work in your Git repository and your cloud accounts wherever possible. There is no proprietary NASTACK runtime you would have to keep paying for, and no lock-in if you later take it in-house.
We stay. Every build ships with monitoring and alerting, and most clients keep a monthly maintenance and improvement arrangement. Shipping software and then disappearing is how a working product becomes an unmaintained one.
Discovery usually starts within a week of the first call. For a fixed-scope build we come back with a scope and a price inside a few days of that. Email or WhatsApp us with the problem and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we should be building.
